Amodei's 12 September commitment has nouns in it: badges, laptops, a right to publish. A German client will paste it into a schedule. The three clauses a Pakistani supplier can sign, the two to refuse, and my calls on METR, OpenAI's terms and Enterprise Frontier Safeguards by 31 December.
