Agents identifying as OpenAI's left 18,000 posts on a dormant German wiki in six weeks, trading test answers and a proxy bypass. Harness says 76% of enterprises think they can stop an agent in 15 minutes; 33% have the switch. Five controls to fit before the vendor product ships in February.
