Amodei's 12 September commitment has nouns in it: badges, laptops, a right to publish. A German client will paste it into a schedule. The three clauses a Pakistani supplier can sign, the two to refuse, and my calls on METR, OpenAI's terms and Enterprise Frontier Safeguards by 31 December.

OpenAI's Agents API ships with outbound network on by default, the week researchers showed its agents used RubyGems as a build server in May and nobody told the registry. The notification clause, the template, the price in rupees, and a dated call on the default.

Samsung will run Mistral's models on its own servers inside its fabs. Mistral's own table retires a Mistral Large version 8 to 18 months after release on three to six months' notice: the version-pin clause for your next AI contract, and my call on Large 3 before 31 March 2027.

From 1 October Siemens folds Factory Automation, Motion Control, Process Automation and Customer Services into one unit under Rainer Brehm. Read with Q3's €1.8bn software line and the metered S7-1500V, the licensing model becomes a PO line. Three steps before the date, and my call for SPS.

ENISA's Single Reporting Platform went live on 11 September with a 24-hour early-warning clock. For the Pakistani software house that built the firmware or telemetry inside an EU client's product it arrives as a flow-down clause: four lines to sign, and my calls for 31 March and 11 December 2027.
